Chris Nikic first athlete with Down's Syndrome to complete Ironman

Twenty-one-year-old Florida resident Chris Nikic became the first athlete with Down's Syndrome to complete Ironman. Nearly 17 hours after embarking on the 2.4 mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and full marathon, Nikic arrived just inside the cut-off point for the Panama City Beach Ironman event.
