Hockey WC: Format gives every team fair chance

The 14th edition of the FIH Men’s Hockey World Cup in Bhubaneswar from November 28 to December 16 will be played in a format that has never been part of a men's World Cup before and gives every team a fair chance of progressing to the quarter-finals.
